The Tsurinoya DW109 Sinking Minnow is a perfect lure for targeting Sea Bass. Like most lures these will be perfect for lots of other species like Pollock.
The lures have a magnet inside them with a sliding Tungsten weight. This gives you the weight near the tail for distance casting. The weight will normally sit in the middle nearer the head so there are some weights closer to the tail to offer a counter balance for the lures stability.
The lure has a great wobble action on the retrieve and a steady sink position due to the counter balanced weights.
The Lure comes with 3 treble hooks which are manufactured to be used in the sea. They can easily be reduced to 2 hooks as I know some prefer less hooks and they can also be swapped out for some inline hooks like the Mustad Kaiju or Owner hooks.
